What utilities am I responsible for?
Residents are responsible for gas, electric, phone, internet and cable. Internet and cable can be provided through Comcast.
Do you have on-site management?
Yes. Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours per day.
Is parking available?
Heated underground parking and surface lot spaces are available.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed at Nova. Maximum of two animals (cats or dogs) per household. 40lb weight limit per animal. $400 pet fee per residence (1x charge, non-refundable). $30 monthly rent per animal.
Is storage available?
Resident storage is available, ranging from 3’9” x 4’1” to 4’3” x 8’6”. Sizes are approximate. Contact a Nova leasing representative for exact dimensions.
Does your building offer balconies or patios?
All apartments feature a balcony or patio. Select first floor apartments offer direct exterior access.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
We currently offer 12-month lease terms for first time renters.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month by mail, automatic withdrawal service , the online Resident Portal , or the rent drop box.
Is smoking allowed at Nova?
No. Nova is a smoke-free community.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit is $500.
What is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted with application fee.
Are there income restrictions at Nova?
Yes, income restrictions apply to some apartments. Please contact a Nova leasing representative for details.
